How to use:
Magnesium Bath:
Add 1 cup to warm* bath water and soak for 20 minutes.  Moisturize afterwards with any one of our therapeutic magnesium creams
Magnesium Foot Soak: Add ¼ cup to warm* water with your feet fully submerged to the ankle and soak for 20 minutes. For extra self care, follow with any one of our therapeutic magnesium creams.
*Use warm, not hot water, as hot water will cause you to sweat,  making it harder for your skin to absorb the magnesium.
DIY Magnesium Spray: Add equal parts magnesium flakes to boiling water and stir to dissolve. Let cool and pour into glass spray bottle.
